Late Victorian and Queen Anne houses line the streets of the Savannah Victorian Historic District. Distinct from the older Savannah Historic District to its north, it was first listed in 1974 and extended in 1982. The original area covers some 45 city blocks, bordered by Gwinnett, Price, Anderson, and Montgomery Streets.
