Thirty acres open up around you at Forsyth Park, bordered by Gaston, Drayton, Park Avenue, and Whitaker Streets. Within it you'll find walking paths, a children's play area, a Fragrant Garden designed for the blind, and a large, much-photographed fountain, along with tennis and basketball courts and open fields for soccer. It's the home field of the Savannah Shamrocks Rugby Club, and from time to time hosts concerts open to the public.
