CityScape

Downtown Phoenix · Three-Block Mixed-Use Hub

What you'll hear here: about 90 seconds of narration about CityScape, and how it fits Downtown Phoenix, written to be listened to on the spot rather than read at home.

CityScape Phoenix fills three city blocks in front of you, a high-rise mixed-use development in Downtown Phoenix. It brings together residential, retail, office and hotel components across the footprint between First Avenue and First Street to the west and east, and between Washington and Jefferson streets to the north and south. A portion of this development was built on land formerly occupied by Patriots Square Park through a redevelopment agreement with the City of Phoenix, so the ground beneath you carries a civic history as well as new life.

Phase I is the Alliance Bank Tower, a 27-story Class A office tower that houses corporate offices and law firms, including major tenants Western Alliance Bank and United Healthcare. All around this core you’ll feel the energy of a place that hosts big public moments: the CitySkate Outdoor Holiday Ice Rink in the winter, the starting line for the P.F. Chang’s Rock n’ Roll Arizona Marathon, and the main stage for the Viva PHX Music Festival. It is centrally located; within walking distance are Footprint Center, Chase Field, the Comerica Theatre, the Orpheum Theatre and the Phoenix Convention Center.

Notice the mix of residences, storefronts, offices and the 27-story Alliance Bank Tower rising above these three blocks.
